Ben and James, our founders, grew up surrounded by old homes and historic landscapes, each echoing with stories waiting to be told again. With decades of combined expertise in luxury real estate, preservation, and hospitality, they set out to rescue remarkable buildings from fading into memory.
But we don’t just restore walls and woodwork. We revive the very soul of these places — weaving them back into the life of their communities and creating destinations where guests can step into history, and carry a piece of it home.
